4. Any change in the name, address, or other information relating to any of our CFA (C&F Agent), Distributor, Stockiest, any of our Business Associate or Member must be notified to www.slmachinery.in via the Helpdesk/email, as soon as possible at support@slmachinery.in.

5. www.slmachinery.in reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the Terms and Conditions without any approval, prior notice or reference to the any of the CFA (C&F Agent), Distributor, Stockiest, any of our Business Associate or Member.

6. In the event of dispute in connection with www.slmachinery.in program and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions, www.slmachinery.in's decision shall be final and binding.
